1. Talent Recognition – We identify children based on their financial need and skills in certain sports and art forms that need extra training. Our esteemed donors can then ‘Adopt a Talent’ and donate on a one time, or recurring basis.
2. Talent Enrichment – The selected children are paired with instructors/coaches to further hone their skills and take them to the next level. Performance of each child along with their eligibility criteria will be reviewed and evaluated at the end of 12 months (from date of adoption). In addition, Donors who have adopted the child will be provided with the complete information of the child to encourage donor family to involve with the child, ex. Birthday wishes, etc.
It gives us immense pleasure to introduce S M Joshi Hindi Madhyamik Vidyalaya from Pune, India as our partner. This school is operated by Maharashtra National Language committee and is affiliated to the Maharashtra State Board for Secondary and Higher Education. The school committee will help in identifying talented students in the field of art and dance.
3. Talent Empowerment – Our goal is that each selected child continues to pursue his/her talent, by way of donations from our esteemed donors, thus enabling them to get financial assistance and potentially building a career in this field.
Under the guidance of the principal and the expertise of the teachers at SM Joshi School, we have selected 105 Students in total for the sports, Kabaddi (under 14 and under 18) and Volleyball (under 14 and under 18), and the traditional and popular musical instrument Lezim.
Your donation provides a monthly membership for children, granting them access to a year of enriching activities, skill development, mentorship, and exclusive resources. Thank you for supporting their growth and potential. All donation will be paid on monthly basis.
